1. Select an area:

Authenticate using the credentials
(user name & password) provided.

2. Select a file to download.  Follow instructions below for your browser:
a. Internet Explorer users:
  • Right-click on the file name
  • Select Save Target As...
  • Confirm Save To: Desktop
    (so you can find it afterward)
  • Accept the original filename
  • Click Save
 b. Firefox Users:
  • Right-Click on the file name
  • Select Save Link As
  • Click Save
  • Ctrl-J to display download progress
    (if it's turned off by default)

The location of saving download is typically determined by Firefox browser settings.
